Local Business Centre listing problem Empty Local Business Centre listing problem

I am trying to get a site listed in the UK Local Business Centre (LBC) and at the time of submission all seemed to go fine and the PIN was verified.

It hasn't started to show and when logging into LBC it says 'there is no data for your request' and it shows only 81% complete under business info.

Can anyone advise what the problem might be please?
